By visiting our website, browsing our content, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, visitors, and anyone accessing or using any part of our services.

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are kept as accurate as possible.

  • Colours of apparel and printed items may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing variations.

  • Orders are only processed once payment is received (except for “Pay with Cash” orders).

  • We reserve the right to update product pricing, policies, and availability at any time.

  • Any misuse of our website, including attempts to copy designs or images, is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. When you place an order or create an account, we collect information such as your name, email, address, and payment details.

We use this information to:

  • Process and ship your orders

  • Provide customer support

  • Send order updates

  • Improve our store and services

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except for essential service providers (such as payment processors or shipping carriers).

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (for apparel)

  • Unused and in original packaging (for stationery)

  • In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, the following cannot be returned:
Opened greeting cards or stationery
Stickers or sticker sheets
Wrapping paper that has been unrolled or damaged
Sale items
Custom or personalised items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund the item.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer local delivery within Bermuda only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Holiday Processing & Delivery Notice

During the holiday season (November-December), a temporary $5 fee will be applied to all orders, including standard shipping services that are typically offered at no charge. Processing times remain 1–5 business days. Delivery map can be ignored during this time period.

Weekly Delivery Schedule:
We have designated delivery days for each region of the island:


Central Deliveries — Wednesdays
East Deliveries — Thursdays
West Deliveries — Fridays
(see delivery map)

Deliveries do not take place on Mondays or Tuesdays (unless next day).
Orders placed after your region’s weekly delivery day will be delivered the following week unless you qualify for next-day delivery (see below).

Next-Day Delivery ($5 Fee)
We offer next-day delivery, if the order is placed before 3:00 PM, regardless of region.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be treated as next-day orders for the following business day.

Delivery Fees
Standard delivery (on your region’s scheduled day): Free
Next-day delivery (before 3 PM): $5

Delivery Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.
We will attempt to contact you upon arrival.
If we are unable to successfully deliver due to incorrect information or inability to reach you, your order will be canceled after 2 failed attempts.

Weather & Holiday Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected service disruptions

If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Processing Time
All orders require 1–5 business days to process before delivery.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for delivery.

Order Not Received
If your order does not arrive on your scheduled delivery day, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.

Cash Payments
For “Pay with Cash” orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.
Failure to provide payment may result in immediate cancellation of the order.

Pay with Cash:
Choose this option at checkout to pay in cash when you receive your order. Please have exact change whenever possible.

Orders must be paid in full before they are released to the customer.
